Edtime and Edpep connect employees and employers to optimize work. With the employee app, working hours, breaks, and legal pauses can be easily recorded via smartphone.

With the Edtime app, employees can save time by clocking in immediately at the start of their shift on their personalized app. Legally required breaks and smoke breaks can also be easily stamped using the smartphone and instantly transmitted into the system.

All employees have their own profile on the app, which they can maintain and keep up to date. They can upload or take photos, ensuring a current overview of contact information for each colleague.

Additional features in the Edpep app include being constantly connected with employees. Work instructions and tasks are assigned to the team or individual employees throughout the day. Tasks are completed gradually by employees, who are kept informed of the progress. The app synchronizes all information with Edpep's web application simultaneously.

The weekly view of the shift schedule in the Edpep app keeps each employee informed about their current shifts, where they can independently report scheduling changes. Everything is synchronized with the web application.

Planning is made easier with functions like entering absences, marking spontaneously available days, or requesting vacations through the calendar. Employees mark the relevant days - sending the request to the employer for consideration in planning.
